【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61800specifiesrequirementsandmakesrecommendationsforthedesignanddevelopment,integrationandvalidationofPDS(SR)sintermsoftheirfunctionalsafetyconsiderations.ItappliestoadjustablespeedelectricdrivesystemscoveredbytheotherpartsoftheIEC61800seriesofstandard.ThisInternationalStandardisonlyapplicablewherefunctionalsafetyofaPDS(SR)isclaimedandthePDS(SR)isoperatinginthehighdemandorcontinuousmode(see3.10).Forlowdemandapplications,seeIEC61508.ThispartofIEC61800,whichisaproductstandard,setsoutsafety-relatedconsiderationsofPDS(SR)sintermsoftheframeworkofIEC61508,andintroducesrequirementsforPDS(SR)sassubsystemsofasafety-relatedsystem.Itisintendedtofacilitatetherealizationoftheelectrical/electronic/programmableelectronic(E/E/PE)elementsofaPDS(SR)inrelationtothesafetyperformanceofsafetyfunction(s)ofaPDS.ManufacturersandsuppliersofPDS(SR)sbyusingthenormativerequirementsofthispartofIEC61800willindicatetousers(controlsystemintegrators,machineryandplantdesigners,etc.)thesafetyperformancefortheirequipment.ThiswillfacilitatetheincorporationofaPDS(SR)intoasafety-relatedcontrolsystemusingtheprinciplesofIEC61800,andpossiblyitsspecificsectorimplementations(forexampleIEC61511,IEC16513,IEC62061)orISO13849.ConformitywiththispartofIEC61800fulfillalltherequirementsofIEC61508thatarenecessaryforaPDS(SR).

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedasameansforobtainingsequentialextractsofawaste.Theextractsmaybeusedtoestimatethereleaseofcertainconstituentsofthewasteunderthelaboratoryconditionsdescribedinthistestmethod.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoprovideextractsthatarerepresentativeoftheactualleachateproducedfromawasteinthefieldortoproduceextractstobeusedasthesolebasisofengineeringdesign.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtosimulatesite-specificleachingconditions.Ithasnotbeendemonstratedtosimulateactualdisposalsiteleachingconditions.AnintentofthistestmethodisthatthefinalpHofeachoftheextractsreflectstheinteractionoftheextractantwiththebufferingcapacityofthewaste.AnintentofthistestmethodisthatthewaterextractionsreflectconditionswherethewasteisthedominantfactorindeterminingthepHoftheextracts.Thistestmethodproducesextractsthatareamenabletothedeterminationofbothmajorandminorconstituents.Whenminorconstituentsarebeingdetermined,itisespeciallyimportantthatprecautionsaretakeninsamplestorageandhandlingtoavoidpossiblecontaminationofthesamples.Thistestmethodhasbeentestedtodetermineitsapplicabilitytocertaininorganiccomponentsinthewaste.Thistestmethodhasnotbeentestedforapplicabilitytoorganicsubstances,volatilematter(seeNote3in5.15),orbiologicallyactivesamples.Theagitationtechnique,rate,liquid-to-solidratio,andfiltrationconditionsspecifiedintheproceduremaynotbesuitableforextractingalltypesofwastes(seeSections7,8,andthediscussioninAppendixX1).1.1Thistestmethodisaprocedureforthesequentialleachingofawastecontainingatleastfive%solidstogeneratesolutionstobeusedtodeterminetheconstituentsleachedunderthespecifiedtestingconditions.1.2Thistestmethodcallsfortheshakingofaknownweightofwastewithwaterofaspecifiedpurityandtheseparationoftheaqueousphaseforanalysis.Theprocedureisconductedtentimesinsequenceonthesamesampleofwasteandgeneratestenaqueoussolutions.1.3Thistestmethodisintendedtodescribetheprocedureforperformingsequentialbatchextractionsonly.Itdoesnotdescribealltypesofsamplingandanalyticalrequirementsthatmaybeassociatedwithitsapplication.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
