【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesrecommendationsforuserguidanceattributesofsoftwareuserinterfacesandtheirevaluation.UserguidanceasdefinedinthispartofISO9241isinformationadditionaltotheregularuser-computer-dialoguethatisprovidedtotheuseronrequestorisautomaticallyprovidedbythesystem.InadditiontothegeneralguidanceprovidedinthispartofISO9241,recommendationsconcerningdialogue-specificuserguidanceareprovidedinISO9241-12,ISO9241-14,ISO9241-15,ISO9241-16andISO9241-17.ThispartofISO9241isapplicabletointeractioncomponentsthataidusersinrecoveringfromerrorconditions.UserguidanceascoveredbythispartofISO9241includesrecommendationsspecifictoprompts,feedbackandstatus,errormanagementandon-linehelpaswellasgeneralrecommendationscommontoallthesetypesofuserguidance.Whileusersupportcanbeprovidedviaothermeans(e.g.,on-linetutorials,on-linedocumentation,intelligentsystemperformanceaids)thesetypesofsupportarenotaddressedbythispartofISO9241-13.TherecommendationsinthispartofISO9241areformulatedtobeindependentofapplications,environment,orimplementationtechnology.Theycorrespondtotypicalsituationsinvolvingspecialneedsforinformationandactions.AswithotherpartsofISO9241,thispartofISO9241canapplyinallorinpart.Forexample,applicationsthatdonothavebrowsablehelpwouldnotneedtofollowrecommendationsconcerningthisclassofuserguidance.
